Our AC suddenly stopped working two days ago. After calling a few places it was clear that I wasn’t going to have someone at my house until 3-4 days. Me, my wife, and kids desperately needed AC back in this 85+ heat. Especially over the weekend. Glad I went on Thumbtack and found Service Cart. They scheduled Mansoor to come out same day. It was great dealing with Mansoor. He came to my house and reviewed the situation with me. Told me that his thought was that we could fix the condenser and with labor it would be $2500 or given the age of our unit he recommended to spend a bit more and get a new, more energy efficient Carrier unit. I agreed. They are able to schedule the installation the next day! The installers were professional too! Work was done to my satisfaction and we now have Cool Air! Thanks to Mansoor, Sai, and his team.

I can’t say enough great things about this company. I have had 3 techs out to look at my old ac / heating system, and worked with at least 5 others for my home, and this is by far the best I have hired. When others saw my system I was quoted a replacement with no option to fix it. Hussain, the tech who helped me, fixed a multi-level problem and gave a very fair price. This is the most honest and straightforward HVAC service I’ve used and will definitely be calling them again. Also, I should mention that I requested a service 4 hours ago, and it’s already done after waiting WEEKS for the repair.
