Overall, this was such a great experience! Amid was very professional with the initial quote and the initial setup. All of my questions were answered. I had additional questions after our initial consultation, and they were able to answer them in a timely manner. Tony did a great job and cleaned up very well after the installation of our new AC Unit and Furnace. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Job well done!! I would highly recommend Service Cart for any HVAC needs!

Placed a request online at 1:59pm and at 2:01pm got the call to schedule a visit & repair. Sai (technician) arrived on time (at 4:00pm) and in less than 20 minutes the AC was already running again (replaced a capacitor that went bad). Very professional and responsive. If/whenever I need AC repair, will definitely call again.

Service cart provided the best AC service I have had in over 10 years of home ownership. They are very thorough and detailed in their workmanship. Ahmad and Sai came to our home quickly when our AC stopped working in August and fixed everything very quickly. They replaced my condensation pump, refilled my freon, and replaced my drip pan. Their service plans are a great deal at a reasonable price and for the first time maybe ever…. I look forward to future HVAC service. Highly recommend to help with any HVAC maintenance or concerns!

Our AC suddenly stopped working two days ago. After calling a few places it was clear that I wasn’t going to have someone at my house until 3-4 days. Me, my wife, and kids desperately needed AC back in this 85+ heat. Especially over the weekend. Glad I went on Thumbtack and found Service Cart. They scheduled Mansoor to come out same day. It was great dealing with Mansoor. He came to my house and reviewed the situation with me. Told me that his thought was that we could fix the condenser and with labor it would be $2500 or given the age of our unit he recommended to spend a bit more and get a new, more energy efficient Carrier unit. I agreed. They are able to schedule the installation the next day! The installers were professional too! Work was done to my satisfaction and we now have Cool Air! Thanks to Mansoor, Sai, and his team.

Siavash, help me out on a Sunday evening where my AC went out earlier in the day he showed up on time, courteous and polite, and identify the issue right away and got me back up and running with the nice cool air in the house within 15 minutes.
