Service Cart and Mr. Ahmed, made me, the customer their number #1 priority. Prior to hiring Service Cart, I had another HVAC company out of MD who come out and replace the fan motor. Long story short, the first company came out and replaced the fan motor, causing a ticking sound every time the fan kicked in. Called them back out, they looked at the unit and stated it was because of a new motor placed in an older system. Clicking sound continued so I called them back out again, after three days and this time when they came out, they took the fan motor out, checked it and said there was a hole in the fan housing causing the clicking sound, thus recommended replacing the fan housing. Now the first HVAC company will not respond back. Not believing their diagnose, I contacted Service Cart. Let me say, complete difference, night, and day. Service Cart came out, took the fan motor completely out, diagnosed the problem and realized the first contractor place the rubber kit in backwards. Service Cart corrected their error, replaced the motor and now the system is humming along nicely. Service Cart prides themselves in providing the best customer experience and they are honest, fair and above all, professional. I will be utilizing Service Cart from this day forward. Service Cart’s Technician, Mr. Ahmed, was very friendly and assessed the situation and fully explained the process, cost, and the time frame needed to complete the work.

My HVAC systems (A/C & Heat Pump) are 18yrs old and I’ve been looking for a contractor that would provide a quality service for replacement & installation job. First of all, Sai is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He provided a very competitive quote with a bundled discount and awesome warranty. Second, Sai’s crew are really good, very professional & quick on their feet coming up with solutions. I don’t want to get to the details but there’s some challenges in installing my A/C unit and they kept me informed before they started the installation. If you’re looking for best value with quality service then you should call Service Cart.

I had a complete failure of my old furnace this past week and I immediately started getting quotes to replace my old system. The owner, Si, was quick to respond to my desperate situation and helped me get all the information I needed to make a decision. As an engineer, I have very detailed technical questions and Si was phenomenal at answering them. I appreciated all his help and I highly recommend folks turn to him if they want a genuinely kind man who is a master at his craft. He is also a professor at NOVA in HVAC which means he teaches the experts!

Ahmed was able to diagnose and fix my furnace in about 30 minutes. Due to it's age ( 25 years) he recommended full replacement at a very reasonable price, and they are able to do it tomorrow. One less thing for me to worry about this cold winter.
