l have been in business for several years offering dog training, and pet sitting services.
l believe building trust and mutual respect are important in establishing a loving, rewarding relationship with your pet.
With time, consistency & patience you can be successful. l help owners understand and train their dog to achieve their goal to have a happy, confident, obedient well behaved companion.
TRAINING SERVICES:
** l use positive reinforcement training (using treats). If you are looking for other training methods, please look for another trainer.
l work specifically with puppies and young dogs. My goal is to provide you the tools to give you a solid foundation going forward so your dog can be a Canine Good Citizen (CGC).
l offer basic training, (including walking nicely on leash) or can customize training to your specific needs.
l have experience working with deaf dogs, and senior dogs.
Additional, behaviors include separation anxiety, nipping & biting, and house training.

PET SITTING SERVICES:
l offer pet sitting services for the following: dogs, cats & birds.
I take my time, l don't rush through visits. l treat your pet as one of my own. l send daily txt including pictures and/or videos so, you can see how your pet is doing.
I also offer services for senior pets with special needs, and can give medication.
I love the interaction with our furry friends. I have two pets of my own and enjoy the time l spend playing with them.

Debbie did an outstanding job for us. She is highly knowledgeable and was immensely helpful in training us how to get the best out of our dog. After the initial session we hired Debbie for five more sessions. During that 2 month timeframe our pet made tremendous progress. Debbie was very accommodating to schedule changes and invariably punctual.

Debbie has been a Godsend to us. We unfortunately chose the wrong trainer when we first brought our puppy home. Debbie has undone a lot of problems that were never taken care of with the previous trainer- nipping/biting is gone and she follows commands so much better!! Our pup is only 10 months old so we still have a ways to go but we are so grateful for Debbie getting us on the right track!

Debbie was amazing! She was very punctual and able provide for all of our dog’s needs. She is very knowledgeable and professional! We highly recommend her and will be using her again! We also ended up hiring her for dogtraining lessons too (she is also a dogtrainer)!

I reached out to Debbie to help me get on the right track to training my 6 month old Presa Canario. She's a big dog and had no training as a shelter rescue. I was starting from scratch. Debbie replied right away, asked questions to get a good understanding of where I was at with my dog and our situation and then set up an appointment. She was responsive, and with just 1 session I'm already seeing improved results. Debbie was VERY thorough and walked me through all the do's and don'ts, pointed out good habits I already had and made suggestions and demonstrated what new things I should be doing. We covered quite a few basics but mostly housebreak training and separation anxiety. It was clear that Debbie knows her stuff especially with young animals. She also reached out a couple days after our session to follow up and check how we were doing. I'd highly reccomend her and would definitely use again!

Debbie really honed in on what we needed to work on for our rescue lab, Alice. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new clients, I request a meet & greet to give the new client and myself an opportunity to get to know each other, and an opportunity to meet your pet(s), to ensure a good fit for all.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had dogs, and cats my entire life. I currently have a Rough Collie, and a cute black & white feline. I have trained my current dog through advanced training. We have completed the 3 levels of AKC certification. Canine Good Citizen (CGC), (CCGC), (UCCGC). Safety is my top concern. My goal is to provide a safe, fun, and caring experience for your pet. I treat your pet as one of my own.
