I contacted Jin through Thumbtack and he responded right away. And each subsequent communication was also followed up almost immediately. Jin showed up when he said he would and was professional, friendly, and relaxed. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my Sole F80 treadmill and helped me identify the correct parts I needed to order from Sole to repair the unit. He did the work, cleaned up, and made sure I got on the treadmill and used it to be sure I was happy with the outcome. His rates were not unreasonable and I will definitely contact him first if I have any new problems.
