After three years of kitchen chaos--leaks that ruined our cabinets, crumbling countertop, and a nightmare of special orders--we were ready to give up. Then we met George from GEOS Cabinets and Countertops, and everything changed. George told us straight up that trying to match our existing cabinets would cost more than it was worth. He walked us through practical options. His quote for new countertops was fantastic. His crew had to navigate some structural issues during installation but still within a WEEK from his first visit, we had stunning new countertops installed, which completely transformed our kitchen. We are beyond pleased with our kitchen renovation with GEOS. George and his crew were extremely punctual, detail-oriented and respectful of our time and space. George earned trust through the small details early on Always on time or early to appointments, a simple approach to address needs (not upselling), quick turnaround on designs and quotes, and transparent pricing. He made multiple visits to verify every detail was considered and every measurement was exact. He and the crew followed through with excellent work, and did more than just the cabinets and countertops Hardwood flooring, trim, tile work, drywall. I will be calling them for future projects.

I am extremely happy with the work. It took me a long time to find GEOS Cabinets & Countertops. I wanted to buy a butcher block from Home Depot but the sizes they had didn't match the size I needed. So I needed to find someone who would cut it and deliver it.Home Depot sent me to their ProReferral team. Out of about 10 they sent me, only 2 responded. The others didn't even bother to respond when I contacted them explaining what I needed. Out of the 2, one was a scam. He raised my suspicions when he didn't respond when I asked for an invoice before sending him money through Zelle. Then I looked up the unique name and it was of someone NOT in this line of work.When I called other businesses, they were charging a lot and would not deliver. Since I don't have a truck I couldn't pick it up.Meanwhile George sent me the invoice then took care of everything. He purchased the butcher block, cut it, then brought it to my home. He made it really easy. So it was a no brainer to choose GEOS.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is to make sure the customer understands the terms, services and materials that are provided by using a plain language. Second step is to set up a working schedule with the customer. During the work the client is more than welcome to ask questions and we will have answers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education and knowledge is my own experience working in construction since 2008. Also, I have taken various courses.
