I'm an experienced but old builder who needed help reinstalling a set of botched cabinets. I read reviews for George and took a chance with him. I was not disappointed. He was responsive, provided an immediate quote, and his work was great. I appreciate that he was very neat and kept his workspace clean - you hardly see that anymore. But he did charge me a lot for a trip charge for a return visit. It was fair that I would have to pay for another call but the amount was high to just cover the trip (since the labor was already accounted for in the quote). But overall, very pleased with him and would hire again without question.

First step is to make sure the customer understands the terms, services and materials that are provided by using a plain language. Second step is to set up a working schedule with the customer. During the work the client is more than welcome to ask questions and we will have answers.
