Great experience from start to finish. I received a comprehensive estimate and we had a discussion on options. PWS kept me updated as to a piece that had to be ordered (sidelite for my door) and then promptly scheduled the work on that and also on my windows/framing upstairs where there was leakage (perhaps due to rushed installation). By the way, PWS did NOT provide or install my original windows (I wish they had). As part of the work upstairs, PWS was able to reinstall my original windows - PWS did not try to upsell me to get new ones. as many companies would do. The work PWS did took several hours- it was performed with care, and they explained everything and cleaned up perfectly. Payment was divided between a down payment for supplies with the rest due after completion of work. I would definitely hire PWS again.

Artur was a pleasure to work with! He was super responsive and was able to address all my questions and requests. His pricing was very reasonable and the work quality was exceptional. We had multiple contractors quote us on a front exterior door and storm door and we are so happy we went with premium window solutions. When we replace our back doors, we will surely use them again.
