Great experience from start to finish. I received a comprehensive estimate and we had a discussion on options. PWS kept me updated as to a piece that had to be ordered (sidelite for my door) and then promptly scheduled the work on that and also on my windows/framing upstairs where there was leakage (perhaps due to rushed installation). By the way, PWS did NOT provide or install my original windows (I wish they had). As part of the work upstairs, PWS was able to reinstall my original windows - PWS did not try to upsell me to get new ones. as many companies would do. The work PWS did took several hours- it was performed with care, and they explained everything and cleaned up perfectly. Payment was divided between a down payment for supplies with the rest due after completion of work. I would definitely hire PWS again.

I have an Andersen series 400 sliding glass door, installed about 6 years ago. At first it wouldn't align, and then it left a 1/4" gap when you tried to close it. I contacted Artur, who was able to come out the next day. In a short amount of time he was able to troubleshoot the problem, made the necessary adjustments and saved me $4100 that another vendor was going to charge to replace the entire door. (the door is currently under warranty). Artur was very pleasant and easy to deal with. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix the problem. Many thanks Artur!!
