- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive given the high quality work we perform. Each project is analyzed and estimated individually and we always work with customers to accommodate their needs and fit within the customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a first step NewRay Development schedules on-site estimate and discuss in person a project details with a customer. Depending on the project, we involve our in-house designer to prepare designs based on customer's preferences. After the customer reviews our design and estimate, if no further changes required, we settle on a date when we can start the project and we will guide our customers through project management process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NewRay Development team has more than 100 years of combined experience working in the residential remodeling and renovation space. We are licensed, boned and fully insured organization. Our team constantly participate in education forums and training to gain more knowledge and experience in home remodeling.
