I hired Dr. Sagar Deshpande for property boundary staking of one side of my residence. He is, hands down, the most knowledgeable and most precise land surveyor that I have encountered so far. I previously used AMA Engineers and Christopher Consulting/IMEG Corp to identify/mark other sides of my property. These companies only used GPS to identify the property boundary and were very inaccurate in their surveying (even up to 10 feet off!).Sagar doesn't rely on imprecise GPS equipment but rather Leica Total Station geoequipment which has sub-centimeter tolerances. Furthermore, Sagar easily found the Fairfax County metal boundary markers easily using this equipment while cross-referencing the county zoning residential documents. He clearly staked each marker as well as clearly delineating my property from my neighbor's.His doctorate level of education in Geodetic Science clearly separates him from the innumerable survey companies in the area. I will 100% call Sagar for any future surveying jobs!

I recently hired a professional surveyor to complete a boundary survey for my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience.
