Marines Service delivered truly outstanding service! When Sylvester McDowney arrived, he immediately pinpointed the source of the sink’s water leak and walked me through the issue, the solution, and the cost with complete clarity and professionalism. He went above and beyond by explaining that the extent of the leak might require specialized water-mitigation support and asked if I’d like him to help arrange an expert assessment. I’m so glad I agreed as without his guidance, I would have assumed all I needed was some new drywall. The mitigation team arrived the same day and, after cutting out the drywall, discovered an additional hidden leak in a pipe beneath the flooring, which is something we never would have seen otherwise. They recommended shutting off the water to prevent further damage. I called Sylvester to update him, and he didn’t hesitate, he offered to come out early the next morning, on a Sunday no less, to ensure everything was fully repaired. His responsiveness, dedication, and genuine ownership of the problem were remarkable! Sylvester is exceptionally conscientious, prompt, and committed to doing the job right. Because of him, Marines Service will be my first choice for plumbing and home services going forward and I will absolutely be asking for Sylvester by name!

We had a leak in a hot water line in my office in our residence and our regular plumber told us it would be next week. This was late in the afternoon of July 2nd with the 4th holiday bearing down on us. My wife remendered that Meades HVAC had recommended a plumber and after making contact, she called Marines Service Co. The set up a window of 8 to 12 the very next morning! The leak was successfully repaired and I could have not been happier.Our plumber, Lonell Rodgers, was a poleasure to work with and was highly skilled. The leak was in a difficult spot and he never complained and just went about his job. We have a new plumber now.
