He has to order the parts and come back, but, I called, left a message, he called back and told me he would come at 1:00 pm. I worked half a day and came home. He came right at 1:00. Very professional and personable. I have no doubt that our refridgerator will be fixed in a few days time. I will use him for all of our appliances.

Dan cam right on time when he came to assess our issue, and then again when he came to fix it. He was thorough, didn't leave a mess, and generally really nice. I was 100% satisfied with the service...maybe 110%. He noticed an issue I hadn't even identified and helped fix it too, at no additional cost. Dan arrived exactly at the agreed time - so he made an excellent first impression. He worked on our Samsung dishwasher fill problem and tackled the difficult task of removing and replacing the unit from under the granite countertop with great determination and skill. He provided a good analysis of the cause of the problem and corrected it. Price was very fair. I would not hesitate to recommend Danva Appliance Repair to anyone seeking this kind of service. Bob B.

Hiring Dan was a fantastic choice! He showed up exactly on time, worked for a single fixed price ($100) and stayed several hours diagnosing our dishwasher. When he wasn't able to fix it the first day, he did additional research, found the correct part, and returned quickly to ultimately fix the problem completely. He never wavered in his commitment to fix it for the price he said, and was true professional throughout. I will hire him again.

Fixed a Bosch dishwasher that was accumulating water in the basin and wouldn't drain with the Cancel/Drain command. Pulled the machine out, diagnosed the root problem, identified another major problem (ratty supply line hose and worn fill gasket on last legs that would have resulted in a big leak), stayed until the problem was solved, no problems since. Absolutely worth it. In addition, was able to reassure me ahead of service call, from my detailed description of the problem, that the problem was fixable and not likely to cost even what I estimated would be 1/5 the price of a new comparable machine. Not exaggerating: one of the best service experiences I've ever had, as an owner of a 100 year house bleeding problems left and right.
