Hands down the best experience I have had from any repair person in the NoVA area! Dan was here exactly on time. He was courteous and professional. He throughly explained what was wrong with my refrigerator before fixing it. His pricing was incredibly reasonable. My refrigerator is still working perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better experience and can't recommend Dan enough. You won't be disappointed if you choose Danva Appliance Repair.

Dan is awesome... He was prompt and the only reply I received from my inquiry through Thumbtack. His reviews were great so I didn't hesitate to contact him. Dan was able to show up the same day I reached out to him (at his specified time!)... He assessed the problem with my washing machine, which required he order a replacement part. He provided estimates along the way, which helped with my expectations. Dan returned to my home once the new part arrived and job has been successfully completed! I'm holding onto Dan's contact info for referrals to friends and/or for any future appliance issues I might have.

Dan provided exceptional service in repairing the heating function of my dishwasher, and the ice maker in my refrigerator. He diagnosed the situation, identified the broken part, ordered replacements, and returned to complete the job. He's a perfectionist in his work, and isn't satisfied until the job is complete. The price was very reasonable. I have already posted his details on our block list serve for future appliance repair.

He has to order the parts and come back, but, I called, left a message, he called back and told me he would come at 1:00 pm. I worked half a day and came home. He came right at 1:00. Very professional and personable. I have no doubt that our refridgerator will be fixed in a few days time. I will use him for all of our appliances.
