Unlike other technicians that we recently called—one who couldn’t identify the problem and another who recommended a full replacement—Fahim took a professional, honest approach and suggested the most cost-effective solution. The gas fireplace in my house was at least 15 years old and wuld not stay lit. I bought the house a few years ago and doubt that it had ever received maintenance.
