Guemri arrived on time, was courteous and quick to diagnose the problem. Thankfully we didn't need to replace a part so we paid only for labor. I'll be happy to recommend him to anyone in need of a good appliance technician.

Fantastic. Even though he was able to fix the problem easily and give advice on a separate appliance, he charged only $29 service call. If I ever have another appliance issue again, he'll be the first person I call. Really genuine personality, too.

Hached responded immediately and arranged to come to my house at the most convenient time for me. He arrived on time, checked out the problem, and advised me of a way I might fix it more cheaply than having him service the issue. He was completely professional and helpful -- I can't recommend him highly enough and plan to use him for all appliance issues in the future.
