I am a huge fan! I am a self-admitted difficult customer, and this far exceeded my expectations. I contacted Guemri Appliance Repair for dishwasher service. The entire thing was over in a matter of hours from call to shaking hands over a like new dishwasher. I can not recommend them enough. Trustworthy and polite - fast and efficient. Our washing machine is not draining properly in the spin cycle, and I put in a request for quote on a Friday afternoon. Hached gave me a quote over the weekend and came out on Monday morning. After spending some time to test various parts, he determined that the faulty part would be half the price of a new machine, so he advised that we simply replace the machine. We so appreciated his speedy response and honest feedback on the problem. He's very courteous and professional throughout the process, and very clearly communicated the diagnosis and suggested solutions. I am blown away by the service I received! Within 24 hours of putting my request in for dishwasher repair, he fixed both the electrical and tubing problem caused by rodents on my brand new dishwasher. I would recommend him to anyone who needs appliance repair.
