We are a family owned business. My Dad Jerry started this company in 1955. Two of my sons as well as my wife work for us. My Dad taught me old school customer service including no questions asked refunds. Our mission is to provide the best advice to benefit our customers as well as expert repairs. You can be confident in our technical ability as well as our advice to repair or buy new. Pricing is transparent as time plus materials. All parts are priced according to the manufacturer’s retail price list. NO FLAT RATE PRICING. My 51 years experience means you will benefit from our vast knowledge of all brands of all major appliances.
