- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50 for Diagnosis/service call. If the customer want to proceed with the repairs, the $50 will be applied towards the total repair cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will take the details like make and model of the appliance they are having issues with and the description of the issue so i can go prepared with any possible parts to finish the job in one go to save customers time and haver their appliances up and running in one visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor's degree in Electronics and communications engineering, Masters Degree in computers.
