The processes- Preliminary Design - Every project will start by interviewing with the owner. The owner(s) will provide existing conditions of the building and site information. These information will be included in the “Design Agreements”. The owner(s) will allow adequate time to finish the existing condition survey, design and cad productions. Once the owner(s) approve the preliminary design- The production team will creat the permit drawings to include details and code informations. The process could take up to 6 month of time; depending on the complexities. Below is what my customer commented; Jane is both a realtor and an architect.
