FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial phone consultation to every prospective client. This helps me better understand the client's legal needs and allows them to verify my knowledge and experience in the field. After the prospective client decides to retain me, I am flexible. Some clients prefer to have 99% of the interaction through phone, fax and email., and I am willing to accommodate that. Typically, I will want to meet with a client at least once in person, but anything beyond that is left to the client's convenience and level of comfort.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from George Mason University Law School in 2011, and have worked on consumer bankruptcy and consumer protection cases ever since.
