This is the second time I have used Jackie via Thumbtack, and both times they were absolutely wonderful. Their set-up team was punctual, very friendly, and responsive. The cost was very competitive, and we would definitely use them and refer them to others in the future.

I used them to do my daughter birthday and I love it the workers was nice and funny the cake early everything was clean and they said a little over there time because the kids was having so much fun 100 percent would recommend to anyone looking to have any type of event

They said that the truck caught on fire literally the day before our event. I had about an hour to call around to see who could get a last minute moon bounce. When I asked them about accommodations, they sent us to a place that charged almost double the price for a moon bounce. They offered no help to make up that difference. I get things happen but the way they handled the situation by basically saying we are on our own is bad business. Plus I haven’t received my deposit back aswell. Feel like this would’ve been a good time to show their customer service by being like “Issue occurred but we have you set up with another company and the difference is on us” so they wouldn’t lose a client but instead they didn’t really help and I had to ask for the little help I got. Disappointing because I planned to work with them in the future aswell as my family normally does moon bounceparties a lot but now I will not work with them again.

figure out if the event has a theme, or the vison they have for there event to help them the best way possible.

I have been working in the event rental business for 15 years and there’s no better lesson or learning system than experience.
