Our pricing is customized based on your event details, including guest count, menu selection, and service style. Our starting price reflects food service only, while staffing, rentals, bar service, and additional logistics are quoted separately if needed. We are transparent with pricing and provide a clear estimate before booking. No hidden fees everything is discussed upfront to ensure you feel confident and informed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand your event details, vision, and budget. From there, we create a customized menu proposal and service plan tailored to your needs. Once the menu and services are confirmed, we provide an invoice and contract to secure the date. Our team stays in close communication leading up to the event to ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to cleanup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our culinary team is led by Chef Alejandro Centeno, who has over 7 years of experience in the culinary industry, including work in five-star hotels. Our staff is trained in food safety, professional service standards, and event execution, allowing us to consistently deliver high-quality experiences for corporate, wedding, and private events.
