I called JJ Services for a second opinion since another professional recommended that we replace our 4-year old furnace. JJ Services did a thorough diagnostic, and found the issue. Our furnace was fixed in an hour. A bit of background on our specific issue- our furnace was shutting down due to over heating. This is the first problem we ever had with it. Usually overheating has to do with air flow issues and that’s why the first hvac expert recommended replacing our furnace since he considered it too powerful for our return duct size. However, JJ Services adjusted the gas valve and resolved the issue entirely, noting that though the return duct wasn’t optimal, we wouldn’t have to replace it and it wasn’t the main issue. The gas valve issue made sense since our neighborhood has low gas pressure issues over the last few years that were recently fixed. Thank you to JJ Services for this thorough job!

5 stars! I had a technician at my door step within 30 minutes of messaging them. They quickly identified the issue with an electric AC and heating unit I’ve been having trouble with and they had it repaired shortly thereafter. The work was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable rate which included a warranty period in case it acts up again. Very happy with their service!

Jamie visited my unit and resolved my HVAC and thermostat issues. It was hard to find a professional in Christmas Eve. He was responsive, came on time and solved our problem and installed new nest thermostat. Highly recommend and will use his services again.

We got JJ Services to replace our 30 year old gas boiler and water heater with a new one. He was very easy to deal with and actually gave me the most honest opinion over 5 other companies I dealt with. The job had a few days delay but he was always keeping us informed and I did tell him that we were flexible with the dates. After installation, there were a few issues with valves and he attended to those with a smile on his face. Very polite and friendly guy who knows his trade. Highly recommend.
