They quickly identified the issue with an electric AC and heating unit I’ve been having trouble with and they had it repaired shortly thereafter. The work was done to my satisfaction and at a reasonable rate which included a warranty period in case it acts up again. Very happy with their service!

J&J responded within minutes to my request on this app, had a quote from the start and came by to inspect our unit within a few hours from initial contact. He was friendly, kind and professional the whole time in his communications, which were clear and prompt via text and phone about his estimated arrival and cost, and in person. All this was begun on December 23rd. Though he didn't have the part we needed with him, he said he'd come by the next morning and he did. Again communicating clearly about his estated arrival time, in and out within thirty minutes installing the new part with a warranty and there was no change in cost from the initial estimate the morning before. This was such a quick, affordable, straightforward, and clear process throughout. I highly recommend them for any water heater issues, as that is what he helped us with. Thank you!
