Melvin was great to work with. He is very professional and determined to fix the problem. Once the printer was fixed he tested it a number of times, wiped it down and cleaned up the area he was working in. Before he left he told me to contact him if we had any other issues. All in all I would highly recommend his services and I would work with him again.

    Yes, take online classes, purchase DVD training and attend web seminars. Sometime travel to training schools.

    Love electronic since I was a kid. Always tinkering.
