Melvin is the man. He was quick to answer all calls and performed his work in a timely and professional manner. He is clearly very knowledgeable and he followed up to make sure everything worked properly after servicing our printer. Excellent customer service! I had problems with my printer, in that it did not print anything, no matter what I did. A neighbor, proficient in computers et al, worked on it for hours but could not make it function. I called Melvin Riley and he came very promptly and also worked on it for a long time, before stating that he could not make it work either. He gave me a history of the computer/printer issue. He offered to sell me a re-habbed laser jet computer for $250.00. This would eliminate frequent trips to get cartridges and would operate well. He brought one in few days and with one hiccup because it printed two copies every time rather than one, he replaced the thingy and now it is perfect. Melvin Riley is a very nice person and he loves what e does and he does it very well. He is professional, prompt and reliable.
