Ebony did a wonderful job for my Juneteenth event. She was amazing to work with and executed my vision to perfection. She arrived early to venue and started right away working to set up the balloon decorations. She also came back to takedown the balloons. Everyone love the ballon garland, backdrop and the ballon bouquets. I can't wait to work with her again!

Ebony and her team were a pleasure to work with. From her due diligence in asking questions about our theme, venue and vision, to day of execution, everything was spot on and surpassed expectations. The balloon arch and backdrop were a highlight of our event. Will definitely be using them again for future events!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is competitive for the work being done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer to find out basic information (How many guests, color schemes, budgets etc) then I build a quote around customer needs. If quote is approved a formal contract is submitted and the ordering process begins. Throughout the process we keep the client engaged and apprised of all decisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an Event Coordinator in previous positions prior to me starting my own company.
