I give my 100% recommendation for Elias. He was extremely professional, his work was terrific, and he doesn’t overcharge at all. He worked long hours on painting our picket fence, and it wasn’t easy. He took the time to make sure no paint got on our shrubs, and it looks terrific. Five stars for sure and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Elias and his crew just finished a number of projects in and around our house and shed. From painting and fixing water damage on our interior wall, to concrete repair, building a small deck on our shed, and fixing our shed door and fence - everything was professionally done. We are so happy we found such reliable and hard workers. We will definitely hire him again for future projects!

Communicated very well, showed up right on time, was expert at the work needed (to hang six or seven doors). Another contractor quoted $200 per door; Elias charged much much less, and did the work right then, and very quickly. I was impressed and pleased.

First I estimate the price, and see how long it will take (time). From there I go into the details with the customer about the project.

Blueprint reader, and estimating. Overall high work experience in construction.
