When I reached out to Vlad, he was VERY responsive from the beginning and throughout the entire process. I have a Mini Cooper and I've learned she's a lil bougie and requires special attention, not everyone will work on her. I was very pleased when he pulled up in a car just like mine, I knew at that moment she was in great hands. He arrived and got straight to work and updated me throughout the process via text as he was in my garage. Not only did he do a very thorough job, he educated me on what he'd done and what I needed to do next. The best part of this service is that it was 1/3 of the cost of what I'd paid for brakes the last time I took her to a shop! As much as I want to selfishly gatekeep Vlad, I want others to experience his professionalism and excellent quality work. I found my new mechanic here on Thumbtack and I'm not looking back!
