- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't like to charge more than what my clients are willing to pay, my prices are very competitive in the area!. I do it out of passion. We have different packages to offer based on the budget. We offer a discount when purchasing an additional services like having a second photographer, videographer and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I set up a meeting or a phone call to listen to my clients needs, agree on a package that meets their budget, sign a contract and give them a call few days before their event to make sure that everything is still as planned. Photos are normally processed and delivered within 1-3 weeks and they can be expedited if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took several photography/ editing classes. I cover concerts, embassy events with more than 1000 people. I worked as a photographer in a magazine as well!
