The technician was extremely knowledgeable. I hired Mobile Heat for a second opinion. He troubleshot the issue correctly on the first visit. The American Homeshield tech who provided the initial diagnosis was way out in left field. The cost cannot be beat by any competitor. The technician was very clean, polite, and professional. It was a big job, in my estimation, but it only took him a few hours. My A/C has never performed better in the 5 years we've been in the house.
