- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is quoted individually after an in-person walkthrough — no ballpark numbers over the phone. Pricing reflects the full scope: materials, labor, project management, and cleanup. There are no surprise fees at the end. Payment terms depend on the size of the project, but typically 50% at project start and 50% upon completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a site visit. I come out, walk the project with you, take measurements, and ask the right questions. From there, I put together a detailed written estimate with line-item pricing. Once you approve it and we lock in a start date, I'm on-site personally for the duration of the job. We do a final walkthrough together before I collect the remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Eagle Eye Construction is fully licensed and insured in Virginia. My expertise comes from years of hands-on residential remodeling and hardscaping work across Northern Virginia — kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, painting, retaining walls, drainage, and everything in between. I stay current on materials, local code requirements, and best practices for the region.
