Introduction: I think my work stands out because my work is a mix-up between fine arts (ex. abstract, drawing, painting, sculpture, paper-cut sculpture, collage, installation) and commercial arts (ex. illustration, graphic design, animation.) I am influenced by a lot of artists, so I guess my art is the product of everything I've seen and felt. Up to today, I still have an odd time registering my body of work as "an illustrator's work" because there are so many things going on in my artwork. You can probably put my body in a giant blender, and all you will get is little objects you would find in those "I SPY" books. I am a good mess! I get to do art! Why wouldn't you want to have a job that allows you to do what you love?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I guess everything is more self-taught after college. It depends on my goals, and what new material I want to try out.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Back then, I had requests where I created a mural. I haven't done a mural in a long time because it's not a common job, and requests for murals are usually passed through word of mouth, not on the internet.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's not really a wish, but I think it would make sense if the customer knew about my art beforehand so that they get the idea if they want to hire me or not. Nothing is more awkward than having to sit through a person telling me "Oh, well, your drawing looks a bit cartoony and I don't like it. Do you think you can do something different?" Yes, I'm flexible enough to do anything the customer requested, but I probably didn't need to hear non-constructive criticism towards my personal art.
