Free, no-obligation estimates – We come to you, assess the project, and provide a detailed written quote at no cost. Honest, competitive rates – With over 40 years in Northern Virginia, our pricing reflects high-quality workmanship and materials while remaining affordable. We’re often told we’re very reasonable compared to larger companies. No trip charges or service-call fees in our regular service area (most of Northern Virginia). Written quotes are guaranteed – The price we quote is the price you pay, provided the scope of work doesn’t change. There are never any surprises. If something unexpected comes up during the project, we’ll discuss it with you and get your approval before proceeding. We believe you should know exactly what you’re paying for—and feel great about the value you receive!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make everything stress-free for you: Initial Contact – Call, text, or email us with a brief description of your project (photos help!). Free On-Site Estimate – We schedule a convenient time to visit, measure, discuss your vision, and provide recommendations. You’ll get a detailed written quote usually within 24 hours (often same day). Booking the Job – Once you approve the quote, we agree on a start date and give you a clear timeline. A small deposit may be required for larger projects or custom materials only. We Get to Work – Barry or our crew arrives on time, protects your floors and furniture, and keeps the workspace clean each day. Daily Communication – We keep you updated and welcome your questions at any point. Final Walk-Through – When the job is finished, we walk through everything together to make sure you’re 100% happy. Payment & Guarantee – You pay only when you’re completely satisfied. All work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee—if anything isn’t right, we fix it at no extra charge. From first call to final cleanup, we treat your home like our own. Most customers tell us the process feels easier than they expected!
