Barry Carter and his team are the best. Period. He saved us from complete basement remodeling disaster, after a prior, unscrupulous contractor took our money and disappeared. Barry salvaged what he could, carefully explained what had to be redone, and carefully worked within our remaining budget. The finished products, a newly created office space and full bath (see photos) were and remain exceptional. Barry Carter, is knowledgeable, skilled, and detail-oriented, and his services are fair and honestly-priced.
