My experience with Lacy’s Heating and Cooling was great. I had a temperature issue with my heating system and I was recommended to use them. He was prompt, informative and cordial. Once the root issue was identified, he gave me several options to solve it. The repair was quick and now all of the rooms in our home are of even temperature and my family is comfortable regardless of the season. Thanks again!!!

My central air went out and needed to be fixed immediately. Within a couple of hours the technician had arrived, identified the issue, and started to resolve the problem. Customer service was great, performance was swift and accurate. If I ever have an issue again, I be calling him back. I highly recommend. Ten out of ten!
