The two ladies that came to clean were really nice. However, I hired them for a move out cleaning and informed them I had a pet. Upon them finishing the job, parts of the apartment (floors) were still visibly dirty, ESPECIALLY the area where my dog was kept. Baseboards still dirty and dusty.. I had to give them magic erasers to clean the area where my dog stayed because they used rags and was hardly cleaning, just wiping. I also let them use trash bags I had for them to collect trash in the apartment and one of the ladies took the big box or bags even after I gathered them from their belongings when they were packing up to leave.. she took them again and when I called to ask they lied and said they didn’t take them

When this is the case, check with the cleaning services before you leave so you don't think we are thieves. You had a lot of clutter and you threw away trash and maybe that's where you placed it. It's better to check first.
