I hired Maribel for a move-out cleaning. Unfortunately my move didnt quite go as planned and I had to change the time Maribel and I agreed she'd arrive onsite. She was very accommodating and flexible. She arrived early and came prepared with supplies and materials to perform the job. She is kind and professional. She has a dynamic work ethic. When she arrived onsite unfortunately I still didnt have everything moved out. Maribel helped me pack mugs, bowls, and other items that i was unable to move before she arrived. Wow!! I was so impressed. She cleaned around me while i continued to move out. She stayed onsite to pretty late in the evening around 9 pm helping me so she could finish cleaning. Wow!! I am soooo impressed and so grateful for her help and am definitely going to hire her for future work. Kudos, Maribel! Bless you! See you soon!! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think I charge reasonably and around average. I can work with the client if the quote is not comfortable for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customers tell me what they want done. Later i do my best to accomplish what needs to be done I work slow but in detail. So far I have happy customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to work at the Navy hospital in Bethesda In there they trained to sanitized everything in a home is similar so I just combine what I would normally do in my own home too.
