- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we get our costumer information we call them to discuss their project - get to know more about the project and expectations costumer has - suggest something if necessary for a better result - explain them how the process will be from start to finish of the project . -do the estimate and email or text it to them - once we answered questions on the estimate if any , we proceed to schedule a time to start the project . - before the project is done, we make sure to let them know 1-2 hours before the project is completed so they can see the final result - once costumer is satisfied with the work , we proceed to get the payment .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a family who started this company after working for about 15 years in the painting industry . We been in the process of a lot of projects done by our selfs , we know the result of each step .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
She found us on google, we schedule a time and went to talk details with her about the project .
