Cortez responded quickly and provided quality work. However, I indicated in the description that I had two items that needed assembled but when he arrived he thought that I needed one item, which put me in a limited position to negotiate a price. Just make sure you settle on a price and the number of jobs to complete. Overall, Cortez has great work ethic.
