Overall, Ernesto’s team, with Oscar as one of the painters, did a great job with the painting service. Oscar was skilled and attentive to my preferences, ensuring each room looked just right. They did miss a few spots on the chair railing, but they are minor. Despite that, I’m still happy with the outcome!!!! Recommend 💯%

Ernesto and Oscar did a great job. Ernesto came and quoted the house room by room. His quote was comparable to the other painters. We decided to go with him based on how punctual he was to the appointment. He was able to complete the work on the time he quoted. The paint work was great, any thing I asked to be touched on he got to it right away. Very happy with the service and will be using this company again in the near future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by spaces and according to size. There are many variations because the customer can request us to paint only the walls or also the ceiling,baseboards/trims, doors and closets as well.
In each case, we detail and itemize each charge.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a visit to the customer's place, we provide an estimate along with the paint requirements. We also work with the customer on a schedule to fit in his/hers availability.
If the customer requires,we buy the paint at discount rates from all major manufacturers, so on painting day, we show up with the paint.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Other than being a painter for a long time, we work on these principles: Great customer service and respect for the property, fair pricing, and outstanding painting.
