We hired him to transform an inaccessible dead space behind our HVAC into a functional storage area, and he did an excellent job. He handled everything from installing the door to the electrical work (adding lighting and a socket). The quality of work is exactly the same as the big companies with 'fancy quotes,' but he is much more affordable. You may need to negotiate a little to settle on the right price, but the savings are worth it. The total cost was $1,100 (which included $300 for materials that he picked up himself). He even did a thorough cleanup afterward. Highly recommended for quality work on a budget!

He came prepared and did a great good installing and adjusting my shutters on the 2nd level of my home. He also did a great job beautifying the lattice work on the side and rear of my home. It looks much better now as a result of his skill and handywork. I would hire him again if needed.
