I could not be happier with my experience with Lopez Painting & Drywall Service! I posted my job a little after 6am, and by 7 Alvaro had responded to me, looked at photos, and provided an estimate that I accepted. And every subsequent question I had was answered within minutes.
We were paying the bill for damage to another unit, so Alvaro needed to correspond with not only me, but the tenant to coordinate repairs. By that afternoon, they had agreed on a day and time.

At the last minute, Alvaro kindly agreed to provide ceiling paint at no extra charge -- saving me a trip to Home Depot.

Alvaro's team arrive promptly this morning and completed the work. When my husband went to the unit to check the work and pay, he had to have them point out where it was done-- it blended in so seamlessly. I can offer no higher compliment than that.

The owner of the unit has requested Alvaro's contact information in hopes of future work.

We hired Alvaro to fix our molded bathroom ceiling. His team came within a completed the work in a single day. They cut out the old ceiling and replaced and painted the new one. Not only that he diagnosed the cause of the mold and insulated the HVAC so we wouldn’t have this issue again. Thank you for fixing our bathroom, great work.
