We used David's services several times during 2023 as we were preparing our home for sale. This included bathroom finishing, light electrical, several instances of painting, and outdoor power washing. David and his assistant were excellent workers, very careful, diligent,and thorough with their clean up. They contributed greatly to our being able to successfully sell the home. I would have no hesitation to ask for their help in the future.

David is the owner of Villalobos Painting LLC, I am a senior and we planned to sell our single house and move to a condo at the end of 2022. I got three estimates from different contractors and Villalobos is the one with the lowest price. David took care both of my house and condos’ painting, kitchen and bathroom renovations, he finished everything on time and did the jobs perfectly well. David and his teammates are very professional.
