What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Logos: $250+, Multiple page websites: $2000+, mobile apps: $3000-5000, Murals: $1000+, Illustrations: $500+. For big or recurring, per piece rate is discounted. All rates listed include up to three revisions. Anything above that will follow an hourly rate of $150/hr. Additionally, for any commercial work, a royalty fee will apply.
For interior design, hourly rate is $125/hr. Sometimes I can also quote flat fees. Happy to be flexible since I’m newer to this field!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Knowledge gathering: Ask for all details: budget, vision, visual reference samples, timelines, etc. If the customer can send along this information as soon as they reach out to me, I can move work along much faster.
2) Planning: Set expectations with the customer
3) Deposit is given to start work
4) Execution of Work
5) Edits as necessary!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an undergraduate degree in design and psychology; 4 certifications in UI/UX Design, Web Design, and Product Design. I also have almost a decade of experience across other disciplines of design.
