Pure Maintenance identified the mold problem in my bathroom ceiling on the initial visit by Ron. On the actually day of treatment, I appreciated their patience and attention to detail. Jimmy provided thorough work not only in the problem area but also throughout the entire house. Bryce provided helpful updates and answered questions in a timely manner. Keep up the great work guys! Highly recommend.

Most important to me is this is a contractor that can be trusted. This was extremely important in my situation as most of the mold was behind the walls, ceilings and in the basement air ducts. The Puricloud treatment was for the entire house (even though the problem was in the basement) and did not require any wall/ceiling removal. After the treatment there was still a bit of problem according to the mold report (I would not have known this). They came back and repeated the treatment and the next mold report showed the mold problem was fully addressed. I am so pleased with Pure Maintenance.

Our pricing is transparent and straightforward. After a home health checkup we will provide you with our recommendations and an estimate. No hidden fees and no inflation.

We require getting eyes on the problem before we take it on and home health checks are mandatory prior to any sort of treatment or remediation.
