Most important to me is this is a contractor that can be trusted. This was extremely important in my situation as most of the mold was behind the walls, ceilings and in the basement air ducts. The Puricloud treatment was for the entire house (even though the problem was in the basement) and did not require any wall/ceiling removal. After the treatment there was still a bit of problem according to the mold report (I would not have known this). They came back and repeated the treatment and the next mold report showed the mold problem was fully addressed. I am so pleased with Pure Maintenance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for treatment -if needed- is based on the square footage of the home and the severity of the problem. A 5% discount on treatments is available for active or retired military and senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to see what we’re working with before we make any hard recommendations. To that end we perform a free visual inspection so we can understand your situation and provide the best path forward to getting the home healthy again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a collection of certified mold inspectors, certified mold remediation contractors, industrial hygienists, and class-A general contractors with over 30 years experience in the service industry.
