Was recently moving from one studio into another studio about 3,4 miles away. A few companies responded to my job but Zebna Movers was 100% responsive. I had lots of questions and concerns about hidden fees. Zebna had none! The day of my move, the movers kept in contact with me and expertly packed my property on the truck. They wrapped all my bulky furniture quickly and took my bedframe apart. This part of my move was headache free. They were affordable, transparent with their quote and I'd definitely use them again!

I highly recommended Smart Moving. They arrived and ready to start working immediately. They will first come in to your apartment/home and assess what they need to put in the truck. They will ask you what you want to keep and the ones you want to trash. When I try to help (just because it is my stuff so I wanted to help them), they nicely said that it is okay and took the box off my hands. As I later learn that helping them with lifting kinda gets in their way. They do this everyday so they sure do know what to put in the truck first and what to pack/wrap, etc. They work faster when you are not in their way. They are very professional. Treated your furniture and boxes as if it is theirs. They are very nice to talk to, well-tempered and deliver my belongings with no delay. I had to take my "stuff" to a self-storage and they organized my things so nicely. I am hiring them again next week to move my stuff from the storage to my new apartment. Great guys and great to do business with. P.S. I did my research well enough to know exactly what size truck I need. If you need to get an estimate of which size truck you need, just simply look around you when you drive for a uHaul truck. It is not difficult. A 17' is typically the standard for a two bedroom apartment. Plus, their pricing for trucks are fabulous. I feel like it is better deal than going through the hassle of renting a uHaul, paying for the uHaul gas, and the extra mileage charges. You even have someone to help you pack and lift. Who doesn't like that?

Billable in 30 minutes increments. there is no extra fees at all! "Saturdays and last week of every month, prices and minimum service may vary" PLEASE NOTE: $100 is a non-refundable deposit for every local move. At the end of your move, $100 will be waived from your total. In case of cancellation $100 deposit is non-refundable. To reserve your spot please pay the deposit. We love what we do. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we make sure how many movers and what size of truck our customer will need. Second, we ask from customer for the required information, then we schedule move. Scheduling very easy and takes maximum 2 minutes. The only what is required is customers information. After that we send email confirmation to customer and give tips about upcoming move. Pretty easy process :-) Hire us for your move and we promise that you will be more than happy!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We never hire contractors or street workers. All our employees are working with Zebna Movers full time. We do train our movers in our house. We have special place for movers where we train them. First they are moving our house and then yours! Hire us :-)
