FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is competitive with the market rate for this service. The price is also based on what labs we order. I charge a flat rate, and you pay the lab price for any lab work we run. I will pass on the lab savings to you towards my fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1: After your commitment to work with me, I will connect with you by text and set up a time for a quick 15 minutes onboarding call, and know what your health goals are. 2: Next, I will send you an intake form and set up your initial session to get to know you and your health history, look at your lab result and be ready for the discovery session. 3: After this session, you will decide if you want to continue working with me. If you do, I will tell you how. And if not, I will make recommendations so that you can start powerfully in making that change to your health. In summary: We have a free 15 minutes call. Then a 90-minute initial consult if that is all you need. I charge a fee for this initial consultation, and you will leave the session knowing your next step. If you need more support, I offer a package of 4 sessions, at a discount, that you can use within 6 months. I would waive the initial cost if you chose to work with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as a food technologist with a passion for evaluating stressors affecting our body, from food, pathogen, environment, or anatomy. Instead of sitting all day at the lab, I decided to train and develop alternative healing skills, including holistic and functional nutrition, structural bodywork, lab testing, and cellular detoxification to understand better what is going on in the body. I am trained in the nitty-gritty aspect of what affects our bodies. You can also check my website for the training I've received.
