All I can say is WOW. We used Party Bus service last night for my husbands birthday & they were ah-mazing. I can't remember my drivers name... Anyway, NICEST, most professional guy. Outstanding service. The bus was exactly as promised & sweet to ride(dance) in. I'd definitely recommend this company to my friends & family. Everyone in our party had a blastyblast! The service was really excellent. This is the 2nd time I have used the Party Bus rental Services. The first was for my son's birthday and this past weekend we used their services again for my daughters 16th birthday. Both times we had the Joy's busses. It was absolutely amazing. The sound system was amazing and the laser light show was outstanding!!!!. The party started the moment we got of the bus and continued at our destination and again when we were picked back up. Our Driver Sam arrived on time and the Customer Service the staff provided with booking and confirming was impressive! The bus was super clean and everyone was so amazed the moment we stepped on the bus. If you want a worry free ride with exceptional service then contact the Joy Travel Party Bus rental service! They consistently provide customer service excellence and the bus is so amazing for everyone of all ages!!!! This was an experience to remember.

I had a very good experience. I booked the bus for 16 people. The bus was early for pick up and drop off. Both times the driver had to wait for all 16 of us to arrive, but we were within the 6-7 minute. The driver was super courteous. They had my credit card from booking and quoted me for the full price, tax, tip, tolls, etc, so when we arrived we were able to just get out of the car and head to our party with no paper work or anything. It was the same price as a few Uber SUVs, but we didn't have to wait for one to arrive and we had the peace of mind knowing that there would be a car for us when we got back (and we all got to be together!) Joy did really help us have a great commute to our party.

The driver was absolutely incredible!!! We hired this company for the trip from Springfield, VA to JFK airport in NY. The driver was friendly, responsive. Super nice man that I would definitely recommend and ask for specifically next time we go book with them! Thank you all.
