    Nate is an excellent trainer. He responds well to feedback. He is very patient and supportive. He will go the extra mile for his clients. If I weren't moving shortly, I would be staying with him for a long time to come. I recommend him to anyone, especially beginners.

    Working with Nate is great! He's very encouraging and pushes you to get the results you want. I wanted to get back in shape and join a hurling team, a sport Nate had never heard of, and within 2 days he researched and formulated a custom workout for me concentrating on movements & muscle groups hurling uses.

    If your looking to put in 110% then this is the place to go!! you push until you meet your limit and that bar is only set higher and higher for you! me personally had a great time workout out with nate great man and a amazing trainer!! he gave me all the tips i need to get better at football and covered eating right, stretching and obviously strength and conditioning. Nate is a great trainer if your looking to get stronger faster and simply put, fit he take his workouts serious and if you do too and wanna get better at any sport Nate can help so much he honestly did for me!!!

    Great coach, really becomes your friend and knows how to motivate you. He loves his job, there is nothing better than working with someone that loves their job and wants to better his athletes and themselves every time. I would definetaly recommend Nate to every athlete that is serious about their sport and wants to succeed. Learned something from Nate: success will always come, you just have to keep working.

    Hi my name is Tawan Downs from Detroit Mi, a student athletes for UAPB last summer I was recovering from a back injury. The pain in my back was serious, but working with Mr. Lewis the pain in my back is gone. I'm 100% ready for the season. Working with Mr. Lewis I lost some weight and gain alot of strength preparing me for the season I can honestly say I'm going into in the best shape I've ever been in.     The hard work gets done when you train with Nate Lewis. If you want to move your physical strength to the next level, he is the trainer or you. He knows his stuff, he is an excellent motivator and when it's your time to train, his focus is 100% YOU. I've also hired him to work with my teenage son. Nate bonds with your child and is someone the kids can relate too and look up to.

    I have worked with Nate over the past 10 years. I always know that he is up on what is new in the fitness world and will customize my workouts to what my specific goals are. Nate works with a variety of atheletes and makes sure they are getting the type of workout that will improve their ability no matter which sport they participate in. Not only is Nate knowledgeable in all areas of sport and fitness he provides nutritional guidance as well. Along with being a great personal trainer he always keeps you laughing during training sessions which helps the time go quickly and keep you coming back for more!

    Since following his given exercises I have good improvements. Here in Kabul, Afghanistan we don't have good trainers I am happy I got Nathan help. Leaning exercises are really good. I am now on 6 Weeks NFL Combine workout.

    Nthan Lewis and US Sports Networks have been a blessing to the Annapolis Area Christian School Football program. He has provided and designed our strength and conditioning program for the past few years. I firmly believe part of our recent success ca be attributed to his work with us. Three consecutive Championships! Need I say more? We the season is nearing the end and we are still going strong, you can't look anywhere else but at the strength training that we maintain throughout the season.     Nate is an excellent trainer, not only did he work with me to lose about 20 pounds over last winter but he also pushed me to work harder and build muscle to help me preform better as an athlete going into my senior year of high school as a place kicker in football. He has transitioned me into a potential division 1 football prospect and has completely changed how I work out and feel about myself. I recommend him to everyone, the most important part about Nate is the lasting friendship he gives to his clients, he is the man!
