- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My in-person training rates vary depending on the type of coaching you’re looking for and the location. Once I learn more about your goals and where you’d like to train, I’ll recommend the best option. I keep things straightforward and transparent, and I only take on clients I know I can help get real results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by talking through your goals — whether it’s to get leaner, stronger, more athletic, or to learn how to fight. From there, I tailor the training to your current level, schedule, and what you’re aiming for. Every session is hands-on and built around real progress, whether we’re working on strength, conditioning, or striking. If you want to train like a fighter, I’ve got you covered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been training in martial arts for over 20 years. I’m a current Professional MMA fighter, 12 years of boxing and kickboxing experience, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and a black belt in Enshin Karate. I’ve been coaching for 8 years and have helped people of all backgrounds get leaner, stronger, and more confident — mentally and physically.
