We pride ourselves on pet safety, thoroughly screened staff, and excellent customer service. We have an easy-to-use app that lets you make simple scheduling adjustments, receive check in and out notifications, report cards and photos from each visit as well as GPS tracking! We know we can never take your place in the loving eyes of your pet – but we sure can serve as an awesome fill-in when you’re at work, too busy or away on vacation. Waggy Walkys has been catering to pets of all shapes, sizes and breeds since 2002, growing a trusted network of pet care professionals in the DC, Baltimore, and now, Philadelphia metro areas!

Justin made getting set up as a new customer with Waggy Walkys super easy! He was quick to respond and followed up with a phone call after I signed up through their website and went through the process of what to expect for our first walk. I am confident our experience with the walks will be great too!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to work with you to arrange the best possible care for your pets! We love to take the time to get to know you, and your pets routine, to provide the pets you love so much the care they deserve!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are animal lovers through and through! All of our staff are subject to 50 state background checks. They then go through an orientation and training program through our HR department at our home offices in Falls Church Va.
