He was on time, professional and friendly.
Serviced 2 of my natural gas fireplaces in separate homes. He did a very good and thorough job of cleaning each. I was having an issue with one of the fireplaces not turning on or staying on only for a short while.
His troubleshooting skills swiftly found the problem and fixed it. Now they both look and work very good.

When we moved into our house this year, it had a gas insert fireplace that I could not get working and wanted to have safely inspected. Our technician responded to my inquiry immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would.
Several other companies had declined the job because they did not want to work on a gas insert. Not Chimney and Flue Experts. Our technician had it running within about five minutes, but still took the time to thoroughly clean and service the unit, improve our setup, and make sure I knew how to operate it properly.
He was knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and professional throughout. Truly outstanding service, and we will absolutely use them again.

I also want to mention something that matters to me when hiring professionals to come into my home: I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. As a woman, I really appreciate contractors who are professional, respectful, and make you feel at ease in your own home.
Great communication, knowledgeable service, and an overall positive experience. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.
