I had a maintenance issue with my condo that required dealing with a neighbor and their insurance company. Mary Wayland and her team, were unbelievable in taking care of the situation. She handled all the dealings between my tenants, neighbor, and insurance company in a highly efficient and professional manner. Mary kept me well informed of of all that was happening, so I never worried that things were not going to work out satisfactorily. In addition to general property management and oversight (which has been excellent), Ms. Wayland has recently been managing/coordinating all activities and communication relating to repairing damage to my unit and the unit directly below. I have managed several rental properties myself over the years. This time we chose RPMP and are really happy with them!
