They say first impressions are lasting impressions. I had the pleasure of speaking with Selina James-Deming and it felt like we could have sat on the front porch rocking chairs and kept the conversation going for hours. She was very knowledgeable and was thorough in describing their services and brought areas of importance to my attention. We have a value added program in property management at only 7.9% of the rent collected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation that can be done over the internet, or in some cases in-person. Clear and thorough communication is key to a successful property management relationship, so all of our engagements start this way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Realtor, continuing education credits are required. Above and beyond that, we are members of the National Association of Residential Property Managers and attend multiple training and networking events with the top property management companies in the nation.
