I like that I was able to somewhat negoiate the price for my gutter and window installation. I however am very disappointed that I was not told that the company that is doing my windows is the same company that is doing the fascia for my gutter replacement. I was aware when I hired Home Doctor that I would have to wait at least 8 weeks for the window replacement but I was told that I could get the gutters done in 2 to about 4 weeks. After expressing my concerns that I needed the gutters done first and ASAP because I am experiencing water damage, I was told that they would see if there was anything that could be done as a temporary solution because of the bad gutters. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet.

The installation went very well and the windows are well insulated and of good quality/value. A team of 5 did the install - never left my house, except for lunch, and were done by 3:30pm. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the Home Doctor for a window install.

I messaged them on behalf of my parents, and they contacted my dad to continue the conversation and get further insight from him as to what he wanted done. Hopefully, we will be able to get an estimate from the Company soon and they will be able to help us with the last of our summer projects on the house.

Home Doctor installed a sliding glass door for me and I must say I was very happy with the end product. I did have a couple concerns immediately after the install but they didn’t let 24 hours go by before they addressed them all. Very pleased and will def use again for future projects !
