I have had nothing but the best service from Chris and now Jamie, the financial representative. Chris was very helpful in explaining the product. I hired them through Thumbtack. They were phenomenal. Daniella was an exceptional, down to business kind of saleswoman. She gave me the information I needed to know, and didn't drag out the sales pitch. She let me talk through it with my wife after she left, and reach back out to finalize the deal. The installation was smooth, and the small things that went wrong, (forgot a screen, small Crack in one of the windows panes) were corrected very quickly. No complaints at all with them, THD was fantastic.

There were 26 windows that were installed well and quickly, as well as ahead of schedule. Workers were professional and careful about household items. They coordinated well with other workers performing a job at the same time.
